Jumpstart is a targeted support initiative that provides direct grocery assistance and essential resources to individuals and families experiencing critical life transitions, with a primary focus on youth aging out of foster care and families transitioning out of shelters into stable housing.

These populations often face immediate food insecurity during periods of transition, which can significantly impact their ability to maintain stability, pursue employment, and build independence.

Jumpstart addresses this gap by providing:

• Direct grocery support (gift cards) to ensure access to nutritious food
• Essential resource support to stabilize households during transition
• Guidance on budgeting and basic life skills (where applicable). 

Participants are identified through partnerships with trusted community entities such as:

• Department of Social Services (DSS)
• Foster care and independent living programs
• Shelters and transitional housing providers

This partner-based model ensures that support reaches individuals with verified need in a dignified, efficient, and targeted manner.

Change 85 is an in-school, 85-minute student development experience designed to drive immediate mindset shifts, improve behavior, and equip students with practical life skills for long-term success.

Delivered during the school day, Change 85 engages middle and high school students in a structured, high-impact session focused on:

• Personal responsibility and reputation building
• Goal setting and future planning
• Emotional regulation and communication
• Digital responsibility and decision-making
• Discipline, time management, and accountability

The program directly addresses growing concerns around classroom disruption, disengagement, and lack of preparedness for life beyond school. Change 85 meets students where they are—using relatable, real-world messaging that resonates and prompts self-reflection.

Each session includes a hands-on component where students develop a 30-day personal action plan, encouraging immediate behavioral changes and intentional decision-making beyond the classroom.

To reinforce positive engagement, Change 85 incorporates a structured incentive model, providing all participants with resource bags that include essential items such as snacks, hygiene products, and school supplies. Additional incentives are offered to students who demonstrate meaningful participation and growth, creating a positive reinforcement environment.

To provide immediate relief and long-term recovery support for families affected by natural disasters, while promoting unity, resilience, and empowerment through community rebuilding and youth engagement.

The 3P Project is a holistic adolescent development and future-readiness program that equips participants with the mindset, skills, and support necessary to envision and pursue purposeful futures. The program utilizes a structured, three-pillar framework designed to produce measurable growth in confidence, planning ability, and goal attainment.

Passion: Self-Discovery & Identity Development

Participants engage in facilitated workshops and reflective activities that:

• Help adolescents identify personal interests, strengths, and values
• Increase self-confidence and self-awareness
• Foster a sense of purpose and intrinsic motivation

Planning: Life Skills & Future Readiness

Participants receive instruction and hands-on learning in:

• Goal-setting and action-planning methodologies
• Academic, career, and post-secondary pathway exploration
• Financial literacy fundamentals, including budgeting and responsible decision-making
• Time management, accountability, and problem-solving skills

Pursuit: Mentorship & Applied Action

Participants are supported through:

• Access to mentors, facilitators, and positive role models
• Skill-building workshops and experiential learning opportunities
• Career, leadership, and entrepreneurship exposure
• Recognition of progress and achievement to reinforce engagement and persistence

Post with Purpose is a youth-focused digital literacy and responsibility campaign rooted in the core principles of Beyond a Dream Inc.’s 3P Project (Passion. Planning. Pursuit.). 

Originally developed as a foundational lesson within the 3P curriculum, Post with Purpose was intentionally carved out into a standalone campaign to provide deeper focus, greater visibility, and added emphasis on responsible digital expression.

The initiative equips young people with the tools to understand the impact of their online presence, practice self-awareness, and engage in positive, purpose-driven digital behavior. Through guided discussions and interactive learning, participants learn how to use social media responsibly—transforming digital platforms from sources of distraction or harm into tools for expression, influence, and positive change.
