The Home to Hope Initiative ensures that children living in boys’ and girls’ residential homes experience connection, encouragement, and opportunities for growth.
Through monthly workshops, personal support, mentorship engagement, and resource partnerships, Home to Hope empowers youth to build confidence, develop life skills, and believe in their own potential.
