The 3P Project is a holistic adolescent development and future-readiness program that equips participants with the mindset, skills, and support necessary to envision and pursue purposeful futures. The program utilizes a structured, three-pillar framework designed to produce measurable growth in confidence, planning ability, and goal attainment.
Passion: Self-Discovery & Identity Development
Participants engage in facilitated workshops and reflective activities that:
- Help adolescents identify personal interests, strengths, and values
- Increase self-confidence and self-awareness
- Foster a sense of purpose and intrinsic motivation
Planning: Life Skills & Future Readiness
Participants receive instruction and hands-on learning in:
- Goal-setting and action-planning methodologies
- Academic, career, and post-secondary pathway exploration
- Financial literacy fundamentals, including budgeting and responsible decision-making
- Time management, accountability, and problem-solving skills
Pursuit: Mentorship & Applied Action
Participants are supported through:
- Access to mentors, facilitators, and positive role models
- Skill-building workshops and experiential learning opportunities
- Career, leadership, and entrepreneurship exposure
- Recognition of progress and achievement to reinforce engagement and persistence

The initiative equips young people with the tools to understand the impact of their online presence, practice self-awareness, and engage in positive, purpose-driven digital behavior. Through guided discussions and interactive learning, participants learn how to use social media responsibly—transforming digital platforms from sources of distraction or harm into tools for expression, influence, and positive change.
