The Caribbean is plagued with lack of opportunity, which is detrimental to the outlook that youths have on their future. Instead of planning, young adults are becoming passive bystanders of their futures. Our organization is prepared to play our part in creating paths for our youths to rise beyond their current situation, and become aggressive pilots of their own lives.
